Ahhhh, Life. What is its meaning? So many authors and playwrights have pondered this question since the beginning of time. The problem is they are looking in all the wrong directions. To discover the true meaning of life, we must look to the One who created human life in the first place.
God's word holds the meaning and purpose of life. Our life's purpose is to have a relationship with God and others. This seems simple, but many instructions and lessons flow out of it. When our relationships with God or others are broken, life becomes miserable.
To live life to the fullest and enjoy a relationship with God and others takes study, work, practice, training, compromise, sacrifice, and commitment. Sadly, some are unwilling to put forth the effort and pay the price, and they will never fulfill their calling. Their life will be filled with miserable and broken dreams. Don't let this be you today; take it upon yourself to study life's instruction manual, the Bible.
